The Proper Real Player Settings For Windows Platform:

1.) Click on Tools
2.) Click on "Preferences" from the drop dump menu of Tools
3.) Click on Playback Settings (subcategory of General)
4.) Change (as shown by the arrow below)
"Buffer up to [90] seconds of the clip before playing if needed".
